An advanced specialized committee for grades 9–12 and university students. Debate psychedelic therapeutics for trauma-based mental health and pandemic preparedness with 30 delegate seats and 2 chairs.
About this committee
WHO is one of ten committees at SEAMUN I, a student-led, non-profit Model UN conference focused on global healthcare and sustainability. 100% of surplus is donated to the Thai Red Cross Society.
What is WHO?
The World Health Organization is the UN specialized agency for international public health. It coordinates responses to health emergencies, sets norms and standards, and supports member states in strengthening health systems. At SEAMUN I, delegates negotiate advanced health policy on mental health therapeutics and pandemic recovery.
Format

Conference
SEAMUN I 2027 — January 16–17 at D-PREP International School Secondary Campus (Bang Phli, Samut Prakan). Open to grades 7–12 and university students; this committee is designed for grades 9–12 and university.
Fees
Delegates: 2,500 THB. Chairs: 800 THB. Photographers & advisors: 0 THB. Conference capacity: 200 delegates, up to 60 staff.
